World Vegan Month
Presented by Veganizer PDX

To celebrate World Vegan Month, Veganizer has joined forces with 20+ vegan restaurants and carts to bring you delicious food and drink specials from November 1 to November 30.

Each participating location will be donating a portion of sales from the World Vegan Month specials to their selected nonprofit. Starting at $5, specials include appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks. Round up your buddies and visit multiple locations to make it a restaurant crawl. Don't forget to tip the staff and servers!

Together, we will be supporting a variety of nonprofit organizations, from justice and equity initiatives to animal welfare groups and farm sanctuaries. Some chose nonprofits that are near and dear to them, while others are raising awareness of important issues within our community and the world today. We invite you to learn more about the nonprofits we have selected.

Veganizer

Nonprofit: In keeping with the spirit of this project, Veganizer has also selected a nonprofit organization. We have made a donation to Palestine Children's Relief Fund — an organization dedicated to providing direct aid to the children of Gaza, who are facing genocide and a humanitarian crisis right now.

About Us: Launched in 2017, Veganizer PDX partners with restaurants, chefs, and makers to host collaborative vegan events. Attended by vegans, vegetarians, and veg-curious omnivores, some events involve omnivore restaurants offering entirely vegan menus, while others bring multiple chefs together for a unique collaboration. The goal is to celebrate the diversity and inclusivity of vegan cuisine, while building community through food and bridging the gap between omnivore food businesses and the vegan community. Veganizer event producer Waz Wu has been featured in various media, including The Four Top’s “Why Veganism Matters Now” episode and Portland Mercury’s “Say Nice Things About… Portland’s Unstoppable Makers!”.
